Returns Policy

Customised and Bespoke Products

Lionhart products that have been exclusively designed and have been purchased on behalf of a business, club or organisation are bespoke products, and are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Exception: We will only accept returns for customised or bespoke products in the event of a manufacturing fault. Where a fault is evident on delivery, for example, a name has been spelt incorrectly, this must be reported to Lionhart immediately and the faulty item returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, with all tags, bags and labels attached. Lionhart reserve the right to reject your claim if you report or return your goods after the 14th day of delivery. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions. Generic Garments or Products

You can return generic products to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund only. The garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact. Any garments or products returned outside of this time will not be accepted. We will process accepted returns for a refund within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Garment Samples 

Where a sample garment has been provided, for the purposes of inspecting the quality or fit, they should be returned to Lionhart within 28 days of the despatch date. Any sample garments returned outside of this time will not be accepted and you will be liable to pay the full RRP of the product applicable at the time of dispatch. 

All sample garments must be returned in their original condition with all labels, tags and bags intact, soiled samples will incur a £5 dry cleaning charge. Damaged garments will result in Customer being charged the full RRP for the items concerned.

Samples must be returned via your own arrangement by registered post. Please ensure you can track the package; in the event it is not received by Lionhart we are not responsible for returns that do not arrive.

Deliveries of orders will be made to the address specified on your account or as printed on the invoice, unless you specify otherwise. We aim to deliver our totally bespoke products within 6 weeks from the date that your order is confirmed and payment has been received in full.

Orders to be delivered in the UK at cost using either Parcel Force 48, or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. For International deliveries, we will advise at and agree at time of order, and will normally be by international courier.
